John Chee travels extensively in Asia. His work was in the recent group exhibition "Mongols" in Tokyo (2011). While residing in Tokyo between 2007 and 2009, he developed a strong connection with Japan.  In 2012, he revisited Japan for his "A Year after the Great Earthquake" project. 

 

John grew up in Hong Kong and received an MBA from the University of Connecticut.  He currently lives and works in Manhattan.  John has been a member of CCNY since 2011.
