Marcia Lippman has spent much of her life traveling into uncharted territories. She embarks on journeys of great spirit and imagination to places that have within them a deep sense of history, of memory, familiar traces of a past which have shaped and informed the present. Lippman goes in search of beauty and that sense of the sacred found in those unguarded moments of solitary travel, whether it be to Asia or Europe, or to West Point.
